Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SizeSnap (“the Service”), operated by Redemption Studio LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
SizeSnap is a file compression tool that allows users to:
Compress images and PDFs to exact target file sizes
Convert between image formats
Process multiple files in bulk
Download compressed files individually or as a ZIP archive
Key Point: Files are processed either in your browser (small images) or on our server (larger files and PDFs), with immediate deletion after processing. We do not store your files.
User Accounts
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Types

Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
Upload malicious files or malware
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without API access authorization
Compress files you don't have rights to
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to files you compress
We claim no ownership over your content
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to compress the files
Our Content
The Service, including code, design, and branding, is our property
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission
Payment and Billing
Pricing
Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change
Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal
All Sales Are Final
All purchases — including Day Passes, Pro subscriptions, and Corporate subscriptions — are non-refundable
Day Pass access begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly)
We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Service before purchasing
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
Cancelled subscriptions will not renew
Billing Errors
If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@sizesnap.io within 48 hours. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Waiver of Withdrawal Right
SizeSnap provides digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase
By proceeding with a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that this begins the performance of the contract
By giving this consent, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU
You will be asked to confirm this waiver before completing your purchase. If you do not consent, the purchase will not proceed.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice when possible
We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for compression quality or specific file size outcomes
We do not guarantee that output files will meet every use case requirement
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of results
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent payment activity
Abuse of the Service or API
Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any pending payments remain due.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
